CareFocus provides employee opportunities and training that help our staff become the best providers in the nation. Once a part of our team, employees are encouraged to act with dignity and respect, offering teaching and support to service recipients while understanding the boundaries of the employee/service recipient relationship. Under our care, service recipients are also taught their rights and responsibilities as members of society. Our employees are responsible for providing nutritious meals to our service recipients, as well as ensuring their overall safety and welfare. Employees are also responsible for providing transportation to and from all clinical appointments and are encouraged to remain with the service recipient at all times.
As part of our devotion to placing quality staff, the following areas are factors in the employment process:
- Credentialing
- Training
- Orientation
- Reviews
