How can I determine if my child is a candidate for residential services or should be supported at home?
Behavioral or physical disabilities should be diagnosed by a Doctor. If your child has been diagnosed, contact your local CareFocus office for an assessment to determine the level of service your child needs.

What disorders and disabilities does CareFocus support?
Anxiety disorders, severe depression, bipolar disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, learning disorders, conduct disorder, eating disorders, autism, mental retardation, seizure disorder, and schizophrenia are just some of the disorders CareFocus is able to assist with treatment.

Which populations do you serve?
CareFocus works with adults and children who have been diagnosed with a mental illness and/or developmental disability as well as those individuals challenged with substance abuse. The vast majority require 24-hour, continuous supervision to monitor mental status, medication, and/or to receive assistance with activities of daily living. At CareFocus, we cater to the specialized needs of each person we serve to ensure the program we deliver, as a team, will provide the best possible care.

How can I submit a referral or receive more information?
CareFocus welcomes all referrals. To request more information about referrals, our services, our employees, or our future endeavors, please contact a local CareFocus office.

How do I apply for employment?
CareFocus is continuously looking for motivated, compassionate people to work as Support Staff or Host Home Families. All applicants must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.
