With over a decade of experience with developmentally, behaviorally, and mentally challenged adults and children, our ultimate goal is to help our service recipients master the skills they need to ensure a smooth transition into their community and society. As part of our commitment to personal growth, CareFocus has adopted Personal Outcomes* that are the cornerstone of our services. Personal Outcomes are what people expect from the services and supports they need to live the life they deserve. CareFocus has adopted the following Personal Outcome Measures*: My Self, My World, My Dreams.

CareFocus customizes a personalized program, working with the service recipient’s Physician and family, meeting the service recipient’s needs through counseling, training, and care management. By channeling all of our efforts and working in tandem with each other, CareFocus ensures the recipient’s family will help promote autonomy and independence in various environments, including community living establishments, habilitation homes, and in their communities.

CareFocus is owned by Maxim Healthcare Services, a nationally recognized medical staffing, homecare, and wellness company. Through this partnership, Maxim is able to assist CareFocus in staffing quality nurses and allied health professionals for in-home assistance or community-based living assistance. This assures quality and consistency in the service recipient’s care, eliminating the need for third party providers to be involved.
